  2. Make the bottom. The market indexes enjoyed a nice “junk off the low” rally in the beaten down names and then a subsequent pullback. This is normal during this part of the cycle. And while there have been some names working from constructive bases, for the most part, volatility around breakout levels in individual stocks has kept me from getting aggressive. I’m still waiting for better conditions and those conditions may come at higher prices overall, which I am perfectly fine with.
